Registered students, young investigators and delegates are entitled admission to all scientific sessions, workshops, exhibitions, coffee breaks and lunch breaks.
The EORS 2018 Welcome Reception comes at no additional cost.
The EORS 2018 Get Together comes at an additional cost of €45 per person.
The EORS 2018 Gala Dinner comes at an additional cost of €85 per person.

(1) Any individual who is engaged in full-time or undergraduae education, in a university or college program, and is actively involved in orthopaedic research. You will be asked to submit a copy of your student id in the registration form.
(2) Young Investigators are defined as persons who are employed by an academic institution in the field of orthopaedic research, who have been awarded their doctoral degree within the past 3 years and who are not holding an appointment as a faculty or academic staff in a university/research institute. Young investigators are required to have their advisor/supervisor send a letter as proof of the bona fide status of the young investigator.
(3) Individuals who do not fall under any of the aforementioned categories.
(4) Accompanying individuals are only entitled admission to EORS 2018 Welcome Reception, all coffee breaks and all lunch breaks.
Cancellation / Substitution Policy Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and refunds will be accepted until the 27th of July 2018. A flat rate €250 fee for processing and administration will be applied (per single request). Only in writing cancelation / refund requests will be processed. Substitution: Substitution / Change of delegate requests will be processed at no additional charge. Please email your substitution / change of delegate request to email@example.com.
